yoga injuries

Okay, this is the third time this year that I have hurt myself doing yoga. The first time I tried to do that pose where you are on your hands and try to kneel on your elbows. Elbow still hurts. Second time, pulled hip flexor muscle doing pidgeon. This time, I hurt my lower right back muscle trying to do twisted pyramid pose. Does it sound like I will be 60 a week from today???
